electronic ministry tool

eMinistry is a customized web-based research tool designed and maintained by CRATE to help Ghanaian unions, conferences, districts, and local churches manage their research operations by leveraging digital technology. The purpose of the eMinistry tool is to provide real-time insights into church-related activities and computerize most of the operations record-keeping and reporting with the focus on research and operational efficiency.

The tool is designed to handle administrative tasks and activities as well as campaign management, follow up tracking, evaluation management, and more. eMinistry is a customized evangelistic campaign management system specifically designed for the Ghanaian Seventh-day Adventist entities. With eMinistry, churches can optimize their core campaign processes, ensure secure data, and keep up with interests and souls won. It is an efficient and affordable way for churches to manage their evangelism efforts. For this research project, the tool was used as follows:
