The Allyship program at CRATE is a truly wonderful initiative that seeks to provide a powerful platform for students to grow and develop their careers while also learning about important issues related to diversity. At its core, this program is all about empowering volunteers to engage with critical issues affecting students and professionals in the Adventist community and beyond.
One of the key objectives of this program is to improve the graduation rate of Adventist students from SHS to university levels. By doing so, the program hopes to play a key role in raising the standard of education within the church and ensuring that Adventists are fully equipped to excel in their chosen fields.
In addition to this, the program also aims to increase the number of Adventists who are studying at higher educational levels. By providing students with the support and resources they need to pursue their academic goals, this program is making a real difference in the lives of countless young Adventists.
Aspire and Amplify and Act
Connect Adventist students with professionals and peers for support, career development, and learning about diverse careers in the program. Our mission is to empower students through personal and professional growth opportunities and create a supportive community for mutual learning and growth.
