Our focus is to promote the adoption of analytics in the operations and management processes of the conferences. We seek to design and implement processes related to predictive/analytical modeling, data mining, and research on large-scale, complex church data sets.
how do we work
The Center will use quantitative methods such as statistical analysis, graph modeling, text mining, and other analytical techniques from data gathering and conditioning to drawing meaningful conclusions and results. We will collaborate with various internal and external teams within the Conference and will provide periodic updates to stakeholders through presentations and reporting.
We achieve this agenda through the following roles and responsibilities:

- Assist in the development, analysis and modeling of operational, management and church data to guide policy formulations, evaluate potential operational changes, and design new approaches and methodologies.
- Collaborate with Conference leadership, districts, churches, and other stakeholders to enhance operations by supplying data analytics insights into conference processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to define problems, collect data, apply advanced economic and mathematical concepts, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Partner with other departments to recommend solutions to new and complex problems, develop innovative strategies, quantify the competitive performance of the conference’s operations and/or demographics, evaluate the potential impact of changes, and report on forecasts that affect the Conference through scenario analysis.
- Develop reports for Conference executives on forecast of evaluation measures, identify key drivers of evaluation metrics and work with other departments to develop metrics to measure various characteristics of the Conference.
- Contribute to predictive/analytical modeling architectures, modeling standards, reporting, and data analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate on the adoption, design and assessment of technology roadmap for the conference.
We offer a variety of services that prove to be beneficial on several levels depending on your current ministry and what you would like to achieve. We understand that the world is changing quickly around us and sometimes it can be difficult to stay up to date on the current demographic trends and how they relate to church growth and participation.
