The purpose of the career pathway program is to provide members with opportunity to engage with one another, get support, develop their careers and learn about the diversity of careers within the program. We empower members to achieve career goals, to contribute to internal and external communities, and to work together on addressing critical issues that affect students and professionals.
how does the program works
The objective is to connect Adventist Students with experienced professionals and peers who can offer guidance, support, and inspiration throughout their academic or educational journey. Our mission is to empower students to achieve their full potential by providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, networking, and skill-building. We believe that allyship is a powerful tool for personal and professional development, and we strive to create a supportive community that fosters mutual learning and growth.

We seek to improve the graduation rate of Adventist students and reduce the graduate unemployment rate among Adventist Students.
